Banco Santander, a founding patron of the University of Valencia Science Park Foundation, and the FPCUV itself have signed a collaboration agreement to facilitate the financing of self-employed, companies and entities located in the Science Park.
With this financial cooperation agreement, signed by the Enterprises Director of Banco Santander in the Comunitat Valenciana and Murcia, Alberto Vallés, and the director of the FPCUV, Juan Antonio Raga, from today, October 24, is made available to Science Park's companies a comprehensive service that includes accounts for SMEs and self-employed, lines of financing, leasing, autorenting, factoring, confirming, funds and internationalization aids.
Among other advantages, companies and entities will have bonuses on payments and receipts, which may reach 3%; can finance up to 100% of the purchase value of furniture or real estate; will count with a leasing service of more than 3,000 models of passenger cars and industrial vehicles up to 3,500 kilograms; and can anticipate up to 80% of bills and 90% in promissory notes. In addition, Banco Santander offers a complete package of services that will enable companies and entities to open up to foreign markets.
Business development opportunities
This agreement has been added to those already committed by the UVSPF with other financial institutions, such as the Reciprocal Guarantees Society of the Region of Valencia, the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness and CAIXA Popular. "Our objective is to be able to offer to the companies of this Science Park a wide range of development opportunities, through the access to different formulas of funding", emphasized Juan Antonio Raga.
