Two of the University of Valencia Science Park's businesses have won prizes in the third edition of the 5-CV STARTUP contest. Biotech firm Epidisease won first prize, while ICT company Nothingbutnet took third place. The Junior Startup category was won by COOKERS, a project also created at the University of Valencia. The contest is a joint initiative of Valencia's five public universities and the Valencian government, and its aim is to boost entrepreneurship and innovation in the university sector.
