The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain (APTE) has drawn up a list of the 100 best startups of the year 2023, distributed among its 51 science and technology parks located in 15 Spanish regions. The companies Ibions and Laserfood, located in the University of Valencia Science Park, have been included in this national ranking

The companies installed in the University of Valencia Science Park (PCUV), Ibions, an Alicante startup in the health sector, integrated in the Incubator of High Technology in Sustainable Food, AgrotecUV (UV-FPCUV); and Laserfood , a technology-based company that develops high-tech solutions for the agri-food sector, have been included among the 100 most innovative projects in Spain in 2023, according to APTE. For this ranking have been selected initiatives framed in leading areas ranging from biotechnology to artificial intelligence through clean energy, telecommunications, health, space, automotive, semi-conductors, agrotech, blockchain or software, among others.

The aim of the Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain with this information is to recognize the 100 most outstanding startups of the Spanish science and technology parks and to highlight the quality and entrepreneurial capacity that is developed in these environments, as well as to facilitate the knowledge of these companies to potential investors interested in high-growth projects. For its dissemination, APTE has enabled a section on its website where you can consult the sector of activity in which they are included, the science and technology park in which they are located, their website, the range of annual turnover, the investment attracted by each one, the state of investment in which they are and the year of creation. The information is completed with a brochure that includes a description of each of the companies in English and Spanish.
