The seminar 'Innovating successfully. Learning from the best', within the framework of the INNpresa Project; Observatory of Innovation in Business, an initiative of the University of Valencia Science Park Foundation (FPCUV) with the support of the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI), aims to transfer the knowledge of companies that innovate successfully to entities that seek to improve their innovation mechanisms
Launched in 2022, the INNpresa Project, aimed at analyzing the best practices of
successful innovative Valencian companies (EVIE) in order to provide knowledge to other companies interested in innovation, is committed to training companies to improve the effectiveness of their innovation efforts. The initiative is part of the actions for the year 2023, among which is to deepen the research initiated and create a web repository to give visibility to the results and conclusions of the project, in addition to other related initiatives of the FPCUV in the field of innovation, and results obtained by other entities working in this area.
The knowledge transfer seminar is aimed at people who assume managerial responsibilities in companies and other organizations, particularly those whose roles are related to innovation; as well as entrepreneurs linked to spin-offs and startups or with interest in promoting initiatives of this type; technical staff of entities that support and advise managers and entrepreneurs (accelerators, science parks, among others) and anyone interested in improving their knowledge and skills in the management and use of innovation and its role in any type of organization.

To attend the training, prior registration is required.
The seminar will have two sessions at the Parc Científic de la Universitat de València,
on October 17 and 24, between 16:00 and 20:00 hours
"The training aims to help participants both to improve their knowledge and skills in the field of business innovation, providing the creation of competitive advantages of organizations, gain expertise in the application of innovation and provide a roadmap with which to advance the implementation and exploitation of innovation in organizations," explains consultant José María Mateu, project coordinator.
With an agenda of seminars to be held in the five parks of the Network of Valencian Science Parks (rePCV), the training is based on a theoretical-practical methodology oriented to action, so that participants obtain an improvement in the competitive advantages of their organization by integrating innovation and the synergies generated, in addition to an improvement in their distinctive skills related to the management of innovation, company culture and project management and innovative people in general, a diagnosis of the situation of innovation in their organization.
