The [University of Valencia Science Park Foundation (FPCUV)](https://www.pcuv.es/es/conocenos/fpcuv), managing entity of the business area of the Science Park University of Valencia (PCUV), has signed a collaboration agreement with Florida Universitaria for the organization and holding of the training  "Intensive Course in Management of innovation and intra-enterprise ecosystems", a day that will host the [Science Park University of Valencia (PCUV)](https://www.pcuv.es/es/) on 14, 15 and 16 October 2025, from 16:00 to 20:00 hours, in the Training Room of the Business Area of the PCUV.  This day is held with the aim of training in collaborative ecosystem management, intra-enterprise processes and cultural change management. In addition, it is aimed at innovation and knowledge transfer agents, heads of HR and organizational transformation departments, innovation and business strategy consultants, techniques/os in business clusters and public-sector entitiesprivate firms, as well as those responsible for intra-enterprise or open innovation programmes.  > The Science Park is reaffirmed as a privileged environment to promote activities of innovation and technology transfer and knowledge, in addition to contributing to improving the competitiveness of companies and the development of the Valencian Community This agreement reinforces the PCUV’s commitment to promoting technological development, knowledge transfer and industrial innovation in the research area of the University of Valencia, companies and institutions. The Science Park is also confirmed as a privileged environment for promoting innovation and technology and knowledge transfer activities, in addition to contributing to improving the competitiveness of companies and the development of the Valencian Community.  ## About Florida Universitaria  Florida Universitaria is a centre attached to the University of Valencia. It is a higher, technical and business training centre providing university studies, training courses, postgraduate programmes, secondary education and languages, through innovative methodologies aimed at the acquisition of skills for the professional development of their students.
