University leads network for studying the impacts of global change on bird populations

The University of Valencia is leading CRONOBIRD, the first Spanish network for studying the impacts of global change on bird populations. The initiative is coordinated by Emilio Barba, a researcher at the University of Valencia's Cavanilles Institute for Biodiversity and Evolutionary Biology. Funded by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, the network is made up of eight research groups from various Spanish universities and research centres.
