The Association of Energy Efficiency Companies (A3e) and the magazine El Instalador have recognized the company Cysnergy SL, located in the Science Park, with the second prize in Best Energy Management in a SME for the project 'Energy efficiency system for the improvement of industrial plants' applied in Hinojosa Packaging Solutions.
The 5th edition of the A3e-El Instalador Energy Efficiency Awards took place last Thursday, November 16, at the Official College of Architects of Madrid, within the framework of the III National Energy Management Forum (FOROGEn). The winner of the category 'Best Energy Management in a Pyme' was the Valencian engineering, which is dedicated to the design and installation of intelligent electric energy management systems.
"The solution applied by the Hinojosa group integrates an original and advanced Hardware M2M-SIM for the mining of energy consumption data and production data in real time. As well as a disruptive software in Cloud Computing for Big-Data ", has highlighted the CEO of the company, Vicente Rodilla.
Both technologies have been sponsored by the European Commission, as an EASME Project within the HORIZON 2020 Program, since it is "the only solution at an international level, which can be installed at any point without interrupting the power supply to end customers; , without stops in the production of factories and without harming, nor the conditions of comfort, nor the services ".
Precise and automatic analysis
In this way, "it has been possible to diagnose and optimize energy efficiency for the first time in the Hinojosa group, and in a precise and automatic way". This was achieved with the latest generation of M2M measuring equipment and applying behavioral models on industrial and tertiary energy consumption, based on the number of parts manufactured and the number of services provided; as established by International Standard ISO 50.001 on Energy Management.
