Expoinnova 2025 connects students with science, sustainability and artificial intelligence

19/11/2025

On 15, 16 and 17 October, University of Valencia Science Park (PCUV) will host a new edition of Expoinnova, the program of informative talks promoted by the University of Valencia Science Park Foundation (FPCUV) to encourage scientific and technological vocations among pre-university students

Over three days, more than 700 students from 19 educational establishments will attend the PCUV’s Marie Curie Auditorium in person to participate in six lectures given by research staff and professionals from the Parc’s business environment. In addition, 50 schools will follow the event virtually through the PCUV YouTube channel. The initiative has the collaboration of the University of Valencia (UV) and the support of the Council of Education, Universities and Employment.

"Since its inception in 2020, Expoinnova has been consolidated as a key event to publicize the activities of the institutes and companies of the Science Park. The aim is for students not to see science only as a subject of study, but as a tool with social impact and a possible career path within this innovation ecosystem", said Pedro Carrasco, director of PCUV.

Encarna Torres, coordinator of Expoinnova in the FPCUV, has stressed that the event also seeks to stimulate the critical spirit and curiosity of students. "In this edition, the focus is on two major contemporary challenges: sustainability and artificial intelligence. We want students to ask questions, participate and discover that science and innovation are part of their daily lives", said Torres.
