FPCUV announces the second edition of the Science Park Christmas Card Competition

The deadline for submission of Christmas cards will be from November 7 to December 11. The winning card, which will be published on the Park's website and will be sent as a Christmas greeting from the FPCUV, will receive a diploma of recognition from the FPCUV and a gift card valued at 100 € from an educational toy store

To congratulate this year Christmas 2023 and the new year 2024, the University of Valencia Science Park Foundation (FPCUV) announces, for the second year, a Christmas card contest aimed at children between the ages of 3 and 11, with family ties to some of the people working in the companies and research institutes of the Science Park, as well as the staff of the companies that provide services in the PCUV (maintenance, cleaning, etc.).

The deadline for submitting Christmas cards will be from November 7 to December 11, 2023 (both inclusive). The Christmas and/or New Year's greeting card must be original. Each participant may submit only one drawing. The dimensions of the card shall correspond to a DIN-A4 format (210 x 297 mm) horizontal. Electronic submissions must be in PDF, JPG or PNG format.

The winning card will be published on the Parc's website and will be sent as a Christmas greeting from the FPCUV. Only one prize will be awarded. The winning card will receive a diploma of recognition of the FPCUV Christmas Card Contest 2023 and a gift card valued at 100 € from a didactic toy store.

Delivery methods

To participate, it is necessary to submit the card together with the following form duly completed. The cards that opt for the contest may be submitted in the following ways:

By post: Fundació Parc Científic Universitat de València, Carrer del Catedràtic Agustín Escardino, 9, 46980 Paterna, València.

By delivery to the offices of the University of Valencia Science Park Foundation (FPCUV), Carrer del Catedràtic Agustín Escardino, 9, 46980 Paterna, València building 1-1st floor.

Jury

After the deadline for receipt, a jury chaired by the director of the PCUV, and composed of up to five people from the PCUV environment, will be responsible for the assessment of the Christmas cards. The jury will meet on Tuesday, December 12 to select the winning card. The same week the jury will announce the winning card and notify its author.
