After evaluating a total of 25 nominations, the jury of the awards, made up of the directors of the science parks of the Valencian public universities, has decided this past Tuesday the awards in each of the modalities.

In the "Spin-off Award" category, the winning company was Medalchemy, from the Alicante Science Park (PCA), and the runners-up were Arthex Biotech, from the University of Valencia Science Park (PCUV), and Ethical & Legal Plus, from the Miguel Hernández University Science Park (PCUMH).

With the support of the Agència Valenciana de la Innovació (AVI), the awards aim to recognize the activity of entrepreneurial and business initiatives based on their growth, innovative character, business strategy and contribution to the environment.

Through these awards, the entity that encompasses the science parks of the Valencian Community seeks to contribute to the development and consolidation of companies created and developed with the support of the five Valencian science parks, as well as to promote and enhance entrepreneurship in knowledge environments and to promote and strengthen University-Business relations.
