The 1st International Credit Mobility Week stops at the Science Park

The 1st International Credit Mobility Week, organized by the International Relations and Cooperation Service of the University of Valencia, has gathered this week in the city teaching and administrative staff of other foreign universities to discuss the present and the future of mobility as an internationalization tool in higher education. Among the different activities organized over five days, the participants have visited the Science Park.

The participants, from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Tunisia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan and South Africa, "have known why Science Park is the fundamental axis of the third mission of the university, that is, the transfer of knowledge to the world business", explained Vicent Clemente, technician of the University of Valencia Science Park Foundation (UVSPF) and who has presented the facilities and services of this innovation ecosystem.

"For us, as a Foundation, these meetings are important because they allow us to get in touch with other models and other socio-cultural realities", added Vicent Clemente.

The University of Valencia celebrates, between 5 and 9 March, the first Erasmus + International Week with associated countries, those located beyond the European Union. This 1st International Credit Mobility Week, as it has been named, is entitled this year 'Mobility International KA107 Erasmus +: main challenges and opportunities'.

In addition to this visit, the foreign teaching and administrative staff will attend talks, debates and personalized workshops while participate in field trips and cultural activities. The objective is to know the city of Valencia, as well as the facilities, campus and services of the University.
